From 164 cm to 182 cm.

I am 45 years old, and for most of my life I lived with a height that felt like a curse. At 164 cm, I always struggled with confidence from my career to my relationships. I often pretended that height didn’t matter, but deep down it was affecting every part of my life.

My ex-wife was 175 cm, and although she never said it openly at the beginning, over the years the height difference became a silent poison in our marriage. She would make small jokes like “You need a chair to kiss me” or “Stand on your toes when we go out for photos.” I laughed on the outside, but inside it hurt deeply. Eventually, the emotional distance grew, and after the divorce I always wondered:
