Hi Peter, it is good for you , you grew 6 inches taller. I hope to grow 6 inches too. Did you take anything else along with the fast growth pack ? Can you give me some advices from your experience? I want to start growing taller before this summer. There is a Filipino guy here in Oslo taller than me ( i am 185cm) he is 187cm being a Filipino that was weird and asked him if it was genetic because it is not usual a Filipino that height , he recommended me this product which he took it while he was in THE PH.
I included a daily intake of protein-rich foods in my diet alongside the Fast Growth Pack to support the process. Also, I maintained a regular exercise routine that focused on stretching and spine-related exercises, which I believe complemented the growth process. they said that it was not required but i did. I am 33 years old, and my friend is 27 years old. We both bought the basic kit. I grew 1.5 inches, and my friend grew 3 inches. So, if you are in your 30s, I highly recommend getting at least the advanced package because as you age, the results tend to diminish. The better the package you choose, the better the results, and after all, you're investing the money once.
Awesome! Im 25 and a female and i bought the Advanced one. I hope i achieve better results for i have tried growth boom pro and Growth Sinerama no results just yet they say it also takes 8 months. But i want to give this one a shot because of more results i see more often then the others. I also have a Mild curve in my cervical area so i hope it works :(
For me , Growth boom pro worked 4 inches and growth sinerama 6 bottles (2inches) i need 2 inches more in short period of time in 3 months if possible. I am considering if i should buy Utmost fast growth pack or growth boom pro maxplus again.

I'm currently taking UHG for 1 week already. Yes, the pills are indeed large and thick like antibiotics but I can swallow it easily by drinking straight 1 glass of water as the pill will run smoothly when you drink large amount of water.
How is your experience in taking it? As of now every night before I fell asleep I feel some strange aching pain in my legs as well as there's like pressing in my toes or feet sometimes. Wondering why if are those side-effects of UHG?

Thats good i too was swallowing it whole but i decided to split it in half and no issues whats so ever i hope it does the same effect. And as for the side effects your feeling it could be the UGH i think i was feeling an aching pain on my left knee at one point
So far the experience is going well, and im glad i wasn't the only one with the pills being large haha. But no issues in taking them like you said they do go down smooth. I just hope in a matter of months results come in. I too felt that side effect but as of now no. Just gotta play the waiting game now

From my experience, do not expect to see the results before the 3rd month. I am on my 5th month now and i grew only 2 inches. I expected 4 or more inches so far but maybe because of my age 37. this month i hope to see faster results as i am about to run out of my supply. I will buy again if i dont grow 4+ inches.
