I am 33 years old, and my friend is 27 years old. We both bought the basic kit. I grew 1.5 inches, and my friend grew 3 inches. So, if you are in your 30s, I highly recommend getting at least the advanced package because as you age, the results tend to diminish. But i want to give this one a shot because of more results i see more often then the others. I also have a Mild curve in my cervical area so i hope it works :(
For me , Growth boom pro worked 4 inches and growth sinerama 6 bottles (2inches) i need 2 inches more in short period of time in 3 months if possible. I am considering if i should buy Utmost fast growth pack or growth boom pro maxplus again.

I'm currently taking UHG for 1 week already. Yes, the pills are indeed large and thick like antibiotics but I can swallow it easily by drinking straight 1 glass of water as the pill will run smoothly when you drink large amount of water.
How is your experience in taking it? As of now every night before I fell asleep I feel some strange aching pain in my legs as well as there's like pressing in my toes or feet sometimes. Wondering why if are those side-effects of UHG?

And as for the side effects your feeling it could be the UGH i think i was feeling an aching pain on my left knee at one point
So far the experience is going well, and im glad i wasn't the only one with the pills being large haha. But no issues in taking them like you said they do go down smooth. I just hope in a matter of months results come in. I too felt that side effect but as of now no. Just gotta play the waiting game now

From my experience, do not expect to see the results before the 3rd month. I am on my 5th month now and i grew only 2 inches. I expected 4 or more inches so far but maybe because of my age 37. this month i hope to see faster results as i am about to run out of my supply. I will buy again if i dont grow 4+ inches.
